Jacob Pocivasek

Jacob is an associate attorney at the law offices of Grayson & Grayson. Jacob attained his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2026. Prior to attending the University of Missouri, he attended Truman State University, where he graduated with a B.S. In political science and minored in philosophy and criminal justice. Jacob is from Utica, Illinois, and is the son of two public servants: his father, a police investigator, and his mother, a licensed social worker. Jacob was a varsity swimmer at Truman State University and carries his competitive energy with him into the courtroom.

Jacob was hired as a Law Clerk at Grayson & Grayson at the beginning of his second year of law school, gaining insight into how our attorneys help clients on a daily basis. Now, as an attorney, he aspires to advocate and connect with his clients in a meaningful way as they navigate their legal issues.
